My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While I had an unfortunate experience with room cleanliness and maintenance issues during one visit, another time I was impressed by the staff's friendliness and the cleanliness of my room. The location is also very convenient, close to various shopping and dining options, but I cannot overlook the ups and downs I experienced.
